By accessing and using Onsite Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Onsite Cards provides custom trading card design and printing services for youth athletes, sports teams, and individuals. All cards are printed on professional-grade cardstock and delivered in premium foil-wrapped packs. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method. Team orders may have separate payment structures as outlined during the ordering process. We do not store your full payment details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order enters production. If there is a printing error or defect on our end, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at support@onsitecards.com if you need to cancel.

We take your privacy seriously. All uploaded photos and personal information are stored securely. Your data is used solely to fulfill your order and is not sold to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Onsite Cards a limited license to use it solely for producing your ordered products. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos or content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse any content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Onsite Cards is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Onsite Cards after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
